When
Farmers First Bank asked us to help them create a strong, consistent
image, we put together a customer focus group and asked what was
the one thing that would make Farmers First the perfect bank? The
research group said that home banking visits were the one service
no other bank offered its customers. We used that information to
develop an image campaign that would distinguish Farmers First from
any other bank. With the release of the new Volkswagen Beetle, the
Home Banking Bug was born. The bright yellow bug helped make Farmers
First the most recognizable bank in the market with an unprecedented
market awareness. Through a series of TV commercials, print ads,
radio spots, direct mail pieces and billboards, Farmers First became
a household name throughout Lancaster and York counties. It not only
increased short term sales but built a strong long term image. |
